Returns & refunds

Have your lawyer or CA confirm this before launch. The 7-day return window below is tied to how distributor commission is held — see the distributor agreement — so changing one means changing the other.

Return window

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Damaged or wrong items

Report within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace or refund in full, including delivery.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Effect on commission

If a returned order was the one that made someone a distributor, the commission it generated for their sponsor is cancelled — this is why commission is only paid out after the 7-day window has passed.

Buy-back for distributors

A distributor who leaves may return unsold, resalable stock bought in the previous 30 days for a refund of 90% of the price paid, as required by the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. Confirm the exact percentage and conditions with your advisor.
